Sales Representative:
The ideal sales representative has extensive knowledge of metal fabrication, including: laser cutting, finishing and buffing, bending, welding, CNC punching, stamping, etc.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Explain and answer customer questions regarding the process of metal fabrication related to their project
- Meet with potential clients and fully grasp what the client is looking for
- Communicate sales brief with appropriate departments and ensure all details have beenproperly communicated in order to successfully complete project
- Primary point of contact, responsible for building and maintaining key relationships
- Update and manage accurate information in the sales CRM tool for all assigned accounts
- Read, understand and work with basic technical information and drawings
- Represent Bass Metal when meeting with potential or current clients
- Foster confidence and trust in the capabilities of the organization
- Seek out new opportunities on an ongoing basisQualifications:

- Extensive knowledge of metal fabrication
- 3-5 years' relevant sales and account management experience (background in metalmanufacturing a MUST)
- Proven organization, analytical and interpretive skills
- Demonstrated time management
- Superior written/verbal communication and presentation skills
- Bilingual; Fluent in French and English (verbal and written)
- Energetic and positive
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite

Représentant Commercial:
Le représentant commercial idéal possède une connaissance approfondie de la fabrication des métaux, notamment: découpe laser, finition et polissage, pliage, soudage, poinçonnage CNC, estampage, etc.
- Expliquer et répondre aux questions des clients concernant le processus de fabrication du métal lié à leur projet
- Rencontrer des clients potentiels et saisir pleinement ce que le client recherche
- Communiquer le dossier de vente avec les services appropriés et s'assurer que tous les détails ont été correctement communiqués afin de mener à bien le projet
- Point de contact principal, responsable de l'établissement et du maintien de relations clés - Mettre à jour et gérer des informations précises dans l'outil CRM de vente pour tous les comptes affectés
- Lire, comprendre et travailler avec des informations techniques de base et des dessins
- Représenter le Bass Metal lors de rencontres avec des clients potentiels ou actuels - Favoriser la confiance et la confiance dans les capacités de l'organisation
- Rechercher de nouvelles opportunités sur une base continue

Qualifications:

- Connaissance approfondie de la fabrication des métaux
- 3-5 ans d'expérience pertinente en gestion des ventes et des comptes (expérience dans la fabrication de métaux, UN ATOUT)
- Compétences éprouvées en organisation, en analyse et en interprétation
- Gestion du temps démontrée
- Compétences supérieures en communication écrite et verbale et en présentation
- Bilingue; Parle couramment le français et l'anglais (verbal et écrit)
- Énergique et positif
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Suite
