JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking an Account Manager and Communications Lead to join our team.

There are three main components to this job:

Applied Client and Account Manager — we are looking for a hyper-organized individual who can LEAD and MANAGE communications projects from start to finish, including initiating, creating and documenting communications strategies, managing client accounts, coordinating schedules and providing leadership.


Writer and Editor — we need someone who also understands tactics. This includes creating social media plans, writing cross-platform content, brainstorming ideas for new campaigns, giving input on client pitches, etc.


Master Collaborator — Cole's Ag is defined by our team-first mentality. That means we need someone who can help support our digital media and graphic design departments with your unique and individualized skillset. If you can throw together a podcast script, do up some social media graphics, or review a strategic plan, you're the person for us

This individual will be guided by, and report to, our senior team members. Opportunities for advancement are plentiful and encouraged.


WORK ENVIRONMENT
We are a hybrid-remote office, with a presence across Canada. Flexible work conditions are available as needed. Preference will be given to applicants in Alberta and Saskatchewan. However, if you are based elsewhere within Canada and have the skill set, we still encourage you to apply.

Work travel is not frequent but will be required occasionally.


EXPERIENCE
Ideally, we are looking for someone with education and experience in the communications/marketing/journalism world. We are less concerned with years of experience than we are with knowledge, flexibility, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
