STORE MANAGER - RECREOLOGIST**
(2 PERMANENT POSITIONS)

Reporting to the General Foreman - Hotel Complex, you will be responsible for administering, operating and managing the material logistics of the 3 Bazaar stores located on the mine site.

As well as planning, developing, and managing sports and leisure activities.

Your main duties will be:

Assume responsibility for the entire boutique management circuit, ordering, receiving, warehousing, etc.
Manage inventory and follow up with suppliers, within allocated budgets.
Ensure proper operation and maintenance of vending machines, tanning beds, sports equipment, premises under your responsibility and cash register system.
Provide customer service by coordinating various activities.
Participate in the planning, organization, and management of events and/or activities on the mine site.

Your profil:

College diploma in leisure management and intervention or equivalent attestation with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
Knowledge of inventory management and accounting.
Experience working in a multicultural environment is an asset.
Ability to lift more than 20 kg when required.
Valid driver's license.
Bilingualism (French-English) is required for this position, and Inuktitut would be an asset.
Work conditions:
Work shifts of 11 hours per day in the form of split hours.
Rotation schedule of 2/2: equivalent to 2 consecutive weeks of work followed by 2 weeks of leave.
Private air transport is provided from Montreal, Quebec, Rouyn-Noranda, Mont-Joli or Inuit communities (depending on place of residence) to the mine site and return.
