    Responsibilities

    :
  • Develop complex control functions for automation and data acquisition software for various test benches, including engine, chassis dynamometer, and battery.
  • Lead the integration of mechanical, IT, and electronic components for engine test stands, encompassing engine dynamometers, roller dynamometers, and battery test stands.
  • Implement industry best practices for dynamometer cell operation, staying abreast of global trends in the automotive sector.
  • Ensure the overall integrity and safety of engine and battery test benches, including managing the equipment-building relationship.
  • Provide guidance to calibration, engine component development, and certification teams in test development and execution.
  • Integrate principles of electrical, electronic, software, and mechanical engineering.
  • Possess an in-depth understanding of electrical and electronic circuits and proficient programming skills for controllers.
  • Demonstrate experience in instrumentation, data acquisition, and signal conditioning.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Display manual and motor dexterity for assemblies and instrumentation installation.
  • This role requires an on-site presence of 80-100%.

    • Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent field.
  • Previous experience in an engine test center or for a dyno supplier (AVL, FEV, AND, Horiba).
  • Bilingual proficiency in both spoken and written French and English is essential.
  • Proficiency in Morphee, Test Manager, and INCA is required.
