$116,144 - $157,138

Financial accounting professional required

Oversee the implementation of accounting policies and the preparation of financial statements and MD&A in accordance with IFRS guidelines.


What you'll do:


  • Lead, develop and coach the team on workload, goalsetting and performance management
  • Manage the preparation of the quarterly financial results package for the Audit Committee and external reporting, including the financial statements, MD&A and related Audit Committee materials.
  • Assist with coordinating the yearend financial statement audit, including reviewing account backup, discussing issues and answering questions from the auditors
  • Support departments that provide inputs into the financial statements with IFRS guidance and training

What we're looking for:


  • Confident communicator with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to create reports that are engaging and communicate a meaningful story about FCC's operations and financial position
  • Ability to connect and build business relationships
  • Proven leader with demonstrated coaching, training and collaboration skills

What you'll need:


  • CPA designation and at least six years of relevant experience
  • Indepth knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting and internal controls
