J FORCE is an entertainment group that enhances the stadium atmosphere.

This team is an integral part of the game experience at the ballpark; providing entertainment during home games, while serving as brand ambassadors for the Club both at the ballpark and in the community.

J FORCE is an extension of the entertainment on the field and help make life-long memories for _Blue Jays_ fans at _Rogers Centre_ and within our community.

Technical qualifications

Training in dance, cheer, theatre/performance, oncamera and/or broadcasting are an asset
Currently enrolled or graduate of postsecondary programs in Dance, Marketing, Radio & Television, Sport Management, or Early Childhood Education are an asset but not required
Experience in customer service an asset
Ability and willingness to work evenings, weekends and holidays
Applicants must be 19 years of age or older to be considered
