Responsibilities:


  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, gathering medical history and conducting thorough physical examinations.
  • Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, incorporating osteopathic manipulative techniques, exercises, and lifestyle recommendations.
  • Perform skillful osteopathic manipulations to alleviate pain, improve mobility, and address musculoskeletal issues.
  • Collaborate closely with other healthcare experts, including physiotherapists, massage therapists, and athletic therapists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain meticulous and uptodate patient records, documenting treatment progress and strategies.
  • Educate patients about their conditions, available treatment options, and preventative measures.
  • Remain uptodate with the latest advancements in osteopathic medicine and engage in ongoing professional development.

Requirements:


  • Valid certification from an accredited Osteopathic College.
  • Proficiency in osteopathic manipulative techniques and diagnostic skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities to establish strong patient relationships and collaborate effectively within our multidisciplinary team.
  • A compassionate and patientcentered approach to healthcare.
  • Willingness to thrive within a collaborative and supportive healthcare environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and personal growth.
  • Registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) considered as asset.
