Description

Earls Court is a 128 bed Long Term Care home located in north east London. We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our nursing management team as our Manager of Clinical Programs.

They will be responsible for the oversight of the required nursing programs as outlined in the MOLTC Act and Regulations and will be responsible in the development, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of each of the Required Programs.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Participation in the development, assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of the program
Ensuring proper documentation and ongoing evaluation as per regulation and Facility policy.
Provisions of services in accordance with the established Residents' expectations and changing needs and the established standards.
Consulting with Director of Care in management of the program
Data collections, audits and analysis of performance indicators
Chairing Committee meetings, completion of minutes of meeting and distribution of minutes
Completion of annual interdisciplinary Program evaluation and establishing goals and objective for improvement of systems and processes
Functioning as a member of the nursing management team with duties as assigned which may be outside of the regular scope of duties
Other duties as assigned by Director of Care and or Assistant Director of Care
