Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome clients upon arrival and on the telephone.
- Sell Memberships, Gift Cards, Packages, Upgrades and retail products.
- Check in clients through booking system.
- Communicate with service providers to provide a seamless experience for clients.
- Multitask between answering phones, booking appointments and selling memberships, gift cards and upgrades.
- Promote health and wellness benefits of massage and skin care.
- Follow proper filing procedures and file maintenance.
- Maintain a professional work environment and appearance.
- Maintain cleanliness of the spa.
- Various other duties.
Key Qualifications:
- Sales focused the ability to meet quotas and goals
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Prior computer experience
- Selfmotivated, mature and reliable
- Friendly and approachable
