    Job Summary

    We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Hotel Clerk Supervisor to join our team. As a Hotel Clerk Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring efficient hotel operations, and leading a team of hotel clerks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless hotel operations.

      ">
      • ">

    • Establish work schedules and procedures to maintain productivity and efficiency.

      • ">

    • Perform same duties as workers supervised to demonstrate expertise and provide guidance.

      ">
      • ">

    • Prepare and submit reports on hotel performance, including occupancy rates, revenue, and customer feedback.

      • ">

    • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.

      ">
      • ">

    • Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

      • ">

    • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.

      • ">

    • Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure they are equipped to succeed.

    • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.

    • Requisition materials and supplies to maintain a well-stocked hotel.

    Salary and Benefits

    ">

    The estimated salary for this position is $35,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.

    Education and Experience

    ">

    A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and at least one year of experience in a supervisory role or a related field is preferred. Excellent communication and leadership skills, along with the ability to work independently and as part of a team, are essential for success in this position.
