    Description

    Title: Horizon Administrator (Oracle Application)

    Term: 12-14 month opportunity in replacement of a maternity leave.

    Location: Montreal, Canada

    Background

    We are looking for someone who will maintain and manage Horizon (Oracle application), our planning tool. The selected person will also play an important role in supporting the estimate and planning process.

    Duties:

    • Administer the software and act as the main advisor to the users of the planning tool;
    • Partner with planning teams and other stakeholders at all levels of the organization;
    • Lead, with autonomy, all projects involving the tool;
    • Coordinate technical updates, technical maintenance, programming needs and backend requirements with third party service provider;
    • Maintain the chart of accounts and entity roll-ups and business rules in calculation manager;
    • Submit budget in consolidation accounting system from planning software, reconcile consolidation and planning figures;

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience using Horizon (mandatory)
    • Project Planning skills
    • Advanced Excel skills
    • Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
    • Bilingual English/French;
    • Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset;
    • ESSBASE, SmartView and Oracle Enterprise Management System (planning and financial consolidation modules) skills (asset)
