Description

Sylvan Learning of North Mississauga is currently looking to hire passionate teachers who are qualified to teach
Intermediate and
Senior Math, Physics, and/or Chemistry to higher grades 11 & 12
.


This position requires teachers to learn Sylvan programs, assist with homework, interact with and motivate students, evaluate and document student progress, and communicate student needs to directors.

At Sylvan, we expect our teachers to dedicate at least two-three days per week. These hours are flexible in terms of student attendance and enrollment. We are open from 4-8 on weekdays and 10-2 on Saturdays. This position would ask you to come in for - 3 hours during these times.

The position is convenient for teachers or Science/Engineering students with busy schedules looking to gain some extra experience. New graduates and current second year B. Ed students are also encouraged to apply

From $17.00 per hour

Education:


  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:
