A professional visual artist and solo entrepreneur running their own creative business seeks a reliable virtual assistant to help clean up organize and systemize their Gmail inbox.The goal is to reach Inbox Zero create a clear sustainable email organization system and set up automated workflows so incoming emails are sorted correctly from the start.Responsibilities
- Review and organize existing Gmail inbox
- Help process categorize all unread unorganized emails
- Create logical folder label structure that fits needs
- Set up Gmail filters rules so new emails are automatically routed correct folders
- Help design simple efficient email workflow can maintain longterm
