What's the ask?
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project management administrative duties.
- Provide back up support to reception staff across our branches.
- Maintenance of office and facility equipment.
- Coordination with Vendors and Services to the business.
- Ordering, maintaining and inventory of corporate supplies.
- Database maintenance for client, customer, contractor, and supplier management system.
- Provide recommendations and suggestions for improvements in any aspects relating to increased performance.
- Providing administrative support to other departments as needed.
- Performing other duties as assigned
What does it take?
- Previous experience in facilities management, mailroom, and reception duties
- Ability to prioritize & adapt to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Demonstrates sound judgement, ethics, and integrity.
- Strong customer service focus and caring attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple requests under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
- Strength to ensure deadlines are met.
- Ability to work in a team as well as independently.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
- Willingness to travel to branch offices.
- Bilingual (English and French), is considered an asset.
- Valid Health & Safety certificate would be an asset.
- Valid First Aid training certificate would be an asset.
