Please note this is role is hybrid._
Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8 am
5 pm (Eastern Time)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Credit memo processing and analysis.
Credit request spreadsheets from street sales.
Run reporting for large credits for street sales.
Credit Inquiries.
Retail credit processing and reporting.
Credit database processing approved, submitting for approval, enter credits as needed from processing of daily delivery summaries.
Process all credits from daily delivery summaries.
Analyze credits from database and/or delivery summaries.
Participate in trainings within interdepartmental meetings.
Attend department meetings.
Additional duties as required
Required Qualifications:
Foodservice experience and product knowledge is an asset.
Excellent communication skills.
Previous customer service experience.
Team player.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail while working under specific deadlines.
Strong P.C. Skills, experience with Excel and Google Sheets required.
High level of multitasking and organizational skills.
