We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong customer service skills dedicated to meeting customer needs in a busy growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities for this Role:
- Providing one stop resolution for all customer's needs;
- Ensuring customer service levels are maintained and customer satisfaction is maximized;
- Cold calling in designated territories to prospect for new sales (if needed);
- Enter client data into CRM including callstoaction, dates, complete profile information etc.;
- Prepare contracts for signatures.
Your Qualifications:
- 2 years in sales (online preferred)
- PC Skills including: MS Office, and Salesforce experience an asset;
- Excellent interpersonal & communicational skills;
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to operate in a fastpaced and dynamic business environment and be prepared to develop and execute strategies
