WHAT YOU WILL DO

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:


  • Vigilantly monitor and surveil network elements using advanced Network Monitoring Systems (NMS) and Operational Support Systems (OSS).
  • Provide fault management services, promptly responding to alarms, creating tickets, isolating faults, and escalating issues until resolution is achieved.
  • Generate precise trouble tickets and operational reports to facilitate efficient problemsolving.
  • Execute configuration and change management tasks, including testing network elements and overseeing change activities.
  • Champion continuous process improvement initiatives to elevate service quality for our valued customers.
  • Maintain an uptodate operational knowledge base in collaboration with Engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with platform specialists and Network Engineering to research, plan, and implement technical solutions, services, and systems.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • Graduation from a college or University level technical program in electronics, telecommunications, electrical engineering, computer science, or IT.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including daytime, afternoon, and night rotations.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and proficiency in technical troubleshooting.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English (testing will be conducted during the interview).
  • A fast learner

NICE TO HAVE

  • Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, ITIL, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+.
  • Familiarity with various satellite telecom technologies and hardware.

Pay:
From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
