Job summary
We're looking for a driven, forward-thinking Total Rewards Manager who can elevate our compensation and benefits strategy while navigating complex unionized and non-union environments with confidence.Qualifications
- Candidate should have a proven track record of delivering results and sustainable improvements in prior roles, by executing with discipline, dreaming big, leading the change, and demonstrating impact and influence.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation and total rewards management, preferably in both union and non-union environments.
