Job Description:

Must be in the Greater Toronto Area to be considered. This is a hybrid role, requiring 1 day per week in the office for a team meeting.

We are looking for a talented individual

To join our team as a Program Analyst to help deliver one of our Ontario based demand response programs.

Program support staff will ensure smooth delivery of projects and programs, both internally and externally; while adhering to program, practice, and operations guidelines.

Program support staff roles often encompass multiple areas including; data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation and coordination, and process definition and improvement.

The breadth of scope ranges from supporting individual programs, projects, or processes at the lower levels, to supporting entire functions (practices, business development, etc.) or the company at the higher levels.

You will be responsible for:

Customer engagement to increase enrollment in our Demand Response Program
Data analysis and report preparation
Developing and managing our contractor network supporting the Program
Supporting our virtual marketplace

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have

14 years in a customer service role
04 years' experience in energy efficiency
Bachelor's degree in Science or Business is preferred
Experience in data analysis and report generation
Practiced in using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and PowerBI
Organized and a selfstarter
A strong verbal and written communicator
Possess strong attention to detail

Compensation Range:
$28.00 / hour CAD

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
