Description

• Work closely with energy consultants, real estate brokers/developers, and other market participants; Help to formulate investment recommendations
• Sourcing and underwriting new acquisition opportunities and management of deal pipeline through diligent pursuit of target locations and properties.
• Evaluating and negotiating with vendors for the most suitable and costeffective products and services.
• Detailed research of local municipal zoning codes and city planning law; Follow energy regulatory requirements and assess the impact of potential changes on existing power;
• Responsible for maintaining project timeline, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget
• Identify, originate, secure, and support structuring and negotiations of power procurement contracts;
• Participate in property inspections and market tours; Collaborate with Asset Management on asset strategy and valuations; Lead due diligence and closing efforts;
• Develop strategic direction and roadmap to define the future state of procurement.

• Associate degree in Real Estate, Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, or related field or equivalent experience;
• Experienced in energy procurement/real estate is a plus.
• Excellent Business Communication and interpersonal skills; Demonstrated negotiation skills in creating win/win scenarios.
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative problemsolving skills
• Exercises a high level of professionalism and a positive demeanor.
• High energy level, sense of urgency, decisiveness, and ability to work well under pressure.
