Dog Tales is a world-renowned dog rescue and farm animal sanctuary set on an idyllic 50 acres of green fields, rolling hills, and wooded areas in King City, Ontario.

About this position:

Responsibilities include:

Managing online inventory including creating new items, deleting discontinued items, and keeping accurate inventory counts;
Analyze website data and analytics to generate insights and opportunities to improve sitemerchandising;
Help create and manage our online marketing presence, including on some social media platforms;
Manage the overall look and feel of our website, including some graphic design components;
Partner with different departments to build and execute marketing campaigns; curating collections, products, and digital media;
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accuracy and optimal user experience for the website and products;
Monitor changes in website traffic and work to increase in sales;
Work with shipping partners such as Canada Post, UPS, Fedex, and others to ensure packages are shipped and delivered within a timely manner;
Perform other administrative duties and tasks as assigned;

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience working in a similar Ecommerce, UX, or marketing role;
Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline;
Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel, comfortable with HTML and Adobe Photoshop;
Creative eye with the ability to style and create different merchandise collections;
Ability to quickly learn and work with new technologies;
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks to achieve results and meet deadlines
