• Ability to lead, manages, motivate and direct cleaning Subcontractors.

• Ability to identify root cause of cleaning related issues/complaints and provide actionable resolutions to minimize service disruption.

• Travel between job sites to perform various activities related to the supervision of cleaning.
• Willing to be held accountable for goals/results.
• Willing to be hands on when short of staff, covering jobs and getting cleaning projects done
• Perform regular and thorough site inspections.
• Resolve cleaning complaints and provide followup responses using feedback tracking system.
• Willing to report to Manager of Operations on regular bases
