We are seeking a Warehouse Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing our warehouse and delivery operations efficiently and effectively.

Position Overview:

As a Warehouse Manager at Supplynow, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our warehouse & delivery operations.

You will manage inventory, optimize processes, and ensure the smooth and timely movement of goods in and out of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
• Plan and coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to meet customer requirements.
• Implement and optimize warehouse processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, following all health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse performance and make datadriven improvements.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and oversee procurement of warehouse supplies.
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for warehouse operations.
• Manage deliveries and vendor pick ups
• Safe operation of a motor vehicle
• Foster a positive team culture that promotes productivity, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problemsolving abilities.
• Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance regulations.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
• Class G Drivers License with at least 5 years of experience.
