Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities with businesses and educational institutions.
- Provide exceptional customer support and guide clients through the onboarding process.
- Conduct market research and contribute to data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling sales materials and presentations.
- Streamline operational workflows to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven sales or customer support experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Analytical mindset and adaptability to a fast-paced startup environment.
Salary:
$15.50-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Commission pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
