Customer Service Associate/Acting Customer Service Supervisor

Core Responsibilities_

  • Greeting customers, clients and accepting deliveries
  • Receive, process, and verify the accuracy of orders from customers utilizing the organizations' internal software system.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting, and explaining the best solution to the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Coordinate the handling of difficult and unusual situations
  • Coordinating communication between customers and vendors as required
  • Coordinating transport logistics and ensuring transport costs are on track as budgeted.
  • Assisting with general office administration as required.
  • Processing daily Purchase Orders and Invoices.
  • Managing communication between customers and vendors as required.
  • Managing transport logistics and ensuring transport costs are on track as budgeted.
  • Ongoing review and update of procedures manual for the Customer Service Department and Front Office.
  • Assisting with general office administration as required.
  • Prompt and professional management of all incoming calls.
  • Managing daily office operations, including a variety of administrative tasks as needed.
  • Coordinating courier shipments (includes packaging, labeling and followup on point of destination).
  • Liaising with security & QA to coordinate weekly incoming visitor log.
  • Measure KPI's
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels on commercial goods and packaging

Ability to commute/relocate:

Education:


  • Secondary School (required)

Experience:

- customer Service: 3 years (required)

  • QuickBooks: 2 years (required)
  • Transportation management systems: 2 years (required)
