MetCap Living Management Inc. is currently seeking a Part-time, Assistant Resident Manager in Saint John, NB.
Check life safety systems, complete fire log book
Inspect boiler and electrical rooms and supply inventory
Complete snow logs in the winter season
Administrative Duties Daily
Co-ordinate and schedule trades, suppliers and contractors on approved P.O.s for approval by Property Manager
