Exciting new opportunity to join our winning sales team
Georgetown Kia is an established and reputable high-volume dealership, specializing in new Kia product & quality pre-owned vehicles.

Our state of the art facility is a newly built 24,000 sq ft building that rests on 5 acres, combining new & pre-owned inventory under one roof with a extensive selection of vehicles.

Our store is built around talented automotive professionals who have built a career delivering exceptional customer experiences coupled with continued year over year profitability and growth.

We are looking for a high performing, dedicated and driven individual with proven sales skills ready to take the next step in their career.

Specifically, we are looking for someone to:

Train & motivate sales people
Assist with managing and pricing used inventory
Manage and assign sales leads, assist with lead follow up
Desk new & used car deals
Assist with closing car deals
Proactively coordinate and communicate with staff, sales, F&I and management daily
Able to hold performance meeting
Strong leadership skills/ qualities
Process driven
Build long term customer retention

- reviews, referrals, repeat business
