    Opérateur Conditionnement Nuit

    Location : Baie D'Urfé, Canada; Sur site; 40 heures/semaine

    Taux horaire: $31.06/heure

    Prime de quart: $3/heure

    Principales responsabilités
    - Assurer la réalisation des produits semi-finis et produits finis dans le strict respect des procédures, des règles de sécurité, des standards et des Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (cGMP's);
    - Opérer une ligne de conditionnement constituée de divers équipements automatisés ou non;
    - Assurer la qualité de la production et guider le personnel support;
    - Mettre à jour l'ensemble de la documentation associée aux activités, selon les procédures en vigueur et dans le respect des cGMP's;
    - Assurer le nettoyage manuel du poste de travail ou participer au nettoyage par une NEP des tuyaux d'alimentation de la ligne de conditionnement;
    - Enregistrer les temps passés pour la réalisation de la ligne de production et être sensible aux respects des temps standards et à l'accomplissement du plan de production;
    - Assurer le démontage, le montage et le réglage des équipements du conditionnement selon les fiches de réglage et les guides de montage en place;

    Exigences de base
    - AEC ou DEC en mécanique ou électromécanique
    - Expérience pertinente sur des équipements et systèmes automatisés dans le secteur manufacturier;
    - Bonne aptitude en mécanique;
    - Expérience en milieu pharmaceutique, alimentaire ou chimique;
    - Être en mesure de travailler sous pression;
    - Démontrer des aptitudes en leadership, sens de l'organisation, rigueur et professionnalisme.
