Envari partners with customers to design and implement innovative energy solutions to reduce carbon emissions, increase energy efficiency and deliver cost savings.This includes energy transformation projects, green building initiatives, carbon reduction plans, building automation systems, indoor and outdoor lighting solutions, electric vehicle chargers and infrastructure, electrical capacity assessments, replacement of boilers, chillers and electric vaults, HVAC services and more.

    Reporting to the Chief Energy and Infrastructure Services Officer, the Director/Manager of Sales and Marketing will be pivotal in ensuring Envari's continued growth through the implementation of go-to-market strategies and methodologies that leverage the combined strength of the sales and marketing functions. By creating synergies between the sales and marketing functions, the incumbent will provide leadership in driving sales and implementing rigorous processes that will enable sales and track pipeline activity. Leading a growing team and working with both internal and external marketing resources and partners, the incumbent will develop a unified sales and marketing approach that will enable Envari's growth aspirations. They will take a data-driven approach to identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities while providing marketing expertise to enhance Envari's sales efforts. The incumbent will play a customer-facing role while providing mentorship and guidance to the team, and will contribute to the ongoing strategic direction of the company.

    The ideal candidate brings a strong background in technical sales and marketing and understands the complementary nature of the two functions. With a demonstrated track record in new business development, they will build relationships with a wide variety of organizations, influencing technical buyers as well as senior leaders and decisions makers and identifying opportunities linked to decarbonization, electrification, energy efficiency and climate adaptation. You have strong business acumen with the ability to develop, analyze, lead, and implement marketing strategies, use data and metrics to track and drive growth, and the ability to function effectively in a technically oriented business environment.
