    Customer Service Representative Job


    We are seeking a friendly, organized and professional receptionist to be the face of our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing appointments, handling calls and ensuring smooth front desk operations.



    • Greet visitors in a warm and professional manner

    • Answer phone calls and direct them accordingly

    • Manage scheduling and appointments with ease


    • Maintain a tidy reception area at all times

    Qualifications & Skills:




    • A minimum of 6 months experience in an administrative role is preferred.





      • greater communication skills are required as well as strong computer knowledge including 'Gmail','Google Sheets','Slack',etc. Also You should have authorization to work in Canada,a clean criminal background check,solid multitasking skills ,adaptability-proficiency at Google apps that we use here,bright smiling attitude,willingness to learn daily enhanced mindset.Firstly not only working Monday-Friday but also flexibility such evenings-weekends available along given location commutate time.
