We are seeking a Hydrovac Operator responisble for daylighting pits and trenching around utilities for the utility maintenance and construction industry.

Responsibilies include:

• Ability to safelty drive and operate the truck and hydrovacuum system.
• Successful completion of hydro excavation projects including daylighting pits, utility line exposure, debris removal and trenching.
• Inspect and maintain Hydro-Vac truck and equipment and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues as the need arises.
• Ensure health and safety policies are follwed and adhere by CVOR guidlines.

Qualifications:

• Must have previous experience driving and operating a Hydro Vac
• Must have and maintain a valid AZ drivers license.
• Must have and maintain a clean driver's abstract.
• Ability to work independently
• Previous experience in telecommunications is an asset
• Safety certifications perferred (Working at Heights, First Aid/CPR, Traffic Control, etc.)
• Capable of working variable shifts with extended hours.

Union Wages and Benefits:
This is a position that is covered under a collective bargaining agreement. The successful applicant will be required to joing the union as a condition of employment.
