Terra Bruce Productions is seeking a passionate, enthusiastic individual to join our team as Bar Manager of the new bars opening at The Majestic this coming Spring / Summer.
This is a full-time position.Hours of Work:
Flexible - evenings and weekends required
Key Relationships:
General Manager; Food & Beverage Manager; Bar/Cafe staff
Wage:
$23/hr ; 40 hrs/wk (to be reassessed after 6 months)

About the Role
The Bar Manager would be responsible for the oversight of a 60-seat bar as well as a satellite bar in the theatre space that would service performance patrons.
THE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Hire and train bar staff
- Scheduling staff
- Daily cash reconciliations
- Inventory
- Training
- Creating drink specials
- Reconciling gratuities
- Maintaining budgets
- Oversee planning for special events
- Use of POS technology and bar/restaurant management platforms
