As our new
Influencer Agent Intern, you'll be lending your skills and expertise to help within many components of a Talent Agent's mandate.

Your profile must be that of an extrovert & performance-driven person with a passion for everything and anything Influencers.

To excel in this role, you should possess a keen interest in digital marketing and possess knowledge of brand collaborations, talent KPIs, and emerging social media platforms.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic industry, and we are excited to have you on board.

This is what the responsibilities of an intern may include:

Prospecting potential talents for representation and booking Introductory Call 1s.
Gain a comprehensive understanding of the talent acquisition process and ensure that it aligns with Dulcedo's values.
Outbound brand outreach as well as taking part of Agency & brand outreach client calls.
Actively contribute to activities related to ongoing sponsorships, including contract negotiation and client communication.
Follow the different organizational protocols and tools and understand why they are in place.
Participate actively in brainstorming and strategy meetings.
Possess or be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field (PR, marketing, business, or communications).
Knowledge and keen interest in social media marketing.
Understanding of the world of public relations, collaborations and sponsorships.
Curiosity about the world of talent management and the role of an Agent.
