With beauty retail experience or knowledge that is second to none, you will drive the store and the team to deliver retail excellence, strong sales results and engaging customer experience.


Customer Experience - We want someone who will shape a customer focused store experience by leading the team to drive customer engagement and bring the brand to life. The Store manager should also ensure the development of consumer loyalty to help build the brand.


Delivery - Retail related beauty experience and knowledge is highly desirable at management level. We're looking for someone who will be able to control and meet sales and performance targets with outstanding planning and organizing skills. Our Store Managers need to have exceptional stock management skills, and the ability to monitor/manage change. It is essential for our Store Managers to be confident to use the data we provide you with to make sound commercial and business decisions to really drive your sales and your people. Our Store Manager have to have knowledge of the beauty market, our competitors and have passion and love for our products


Teamwork and People Management - Our people are at the heart of everything we do. We're particularly interested in individuals who are able to lead and work as part of a team and can quickly react to any problems that may occur. There is a necessity for our managers to be outstanding communicators and competent to manage the team in accordance to the needs of the store and its customers. We desire a flexible and responsible role model who is capable of attracting and retaining people who reflect the brand. Managers must have the ability to identify high potential, develop current members of the team to a high standard.

  • Direct inventory management activities
Manage controllable expenses

  • Perform opening and closing routines including execution of bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpret / disseminate company directive
  • Act as manager on duty, when scheduled, to address customer service, vendor or maintenance issues
  • Maintain policies and procedures
  • Incorporate Loss Prevention and safety messages into daily operations

  • Attract, hire, develop, inspire and retain top talent
  • Coach, develop and maximize the success of all associates
  • Build schedules to maximize and leverage sales results
  • Set and reinforce clear and aligned selling expectations, performance, results and accountability with all associates
  • Build a team that works well together based on the needs of the store
  • Ensure onboarding and continued training of the associate team
  • Effectively and fairly manage performance

Selling Effectiveness:


  • Lead and model the selling and customer experience standards
  • Lead selling efforts to meet selling goals during scheduled shifts
  • Lead, delegate and execute store standards and maintain a safe, inviting store appearance
  • Ensure team communication; reinforcing that associates at every level are focused and accountable to selling
  • Direct workforce management activities
  • Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work
  • Assist in meeting payroll targets by ensuring appropriate sales floor coverage (manage callins / calloffs)
  • Ensure associates receive scheduled breaks and meal periods.

Qualifications:


  • Work experience or knowledge in skin care products and cosmetics is an asset
  • Proven ability to drive sales results
  • Strong communication and ability to foster a customer focused selling culture
  • Availability for varied weekly shifts including weekend, closing and peak shifts
  • Prior sales management experience is an asset
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and timemanagement
  • Strong clientfacing and teamwork skills
