Job summary
We're experiencing a high chargeback/dispute rate (10-12%) that's eating into our profits significantly. Customers often don't understand they're paying for form preparation, not the actual passport - despite disclaimers throughout the site.We need an experienced e-commerce consultant to analyze our current customer journey and identify friction points,
review website, checkout flow, email sequences,
identify why customers are confused about what they're purchasing,
find gaps in communication/clarity,
provide actionable strategies to reduce chargebacks,
customer education improvements
,checkout flow optimization
,postpurchase communication strategies
,refund/support process improvements,
identify value-add opportunities
- Analyze top competitors
- Bonus points for experience with similar businesses (visa services , legal document prep , etc.)
