Vancouver, Richmond, New Westminster, North Vancouver, Squamish, and Whistler (Work from home, with daily travel to sites)

Responsibilities:

• Travel to and manage subtrades onsite
• Meet with client representatives to ensure satisfaction
• Attend pretender walkthroughs for new business opportunities
• Coordinate and supervise project timelines and milestones
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
• Document and or communicate site findings and progress to company owner as required

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a commercial general contracting project manager
• Strong attention to detail to ensure that all aspects of the project meet the highest standards
• Understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical documents. CAD skills not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to perform lightduty tasks such as site clean up
• Strong organizational and problemsolving abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to travel to various locations in the Vancouver area, including Squamish and Whistler, when required

Compensation:

- $65,000 - $85,000 annual salary, based on experience
