    Description

    Location: Onsite - Montreal

    This role supports the day-to-day management of digital advertising inventory to ensure accurate forecasting, availability, and successful campaign delivery. Working within the ad server (e.g., Google Ad Manager), the individual will monitor pacing and performance, troubleshoot delivery issues, and help identify revenue optimization opportunities. The role partners closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to maintain pricing floors, targeting parameters, and packaging strategies, while producing recurring revenue and performance reports. This position also helps ensure compliance with privacy, brand safety, and data policies, and contributes to documentation and process improvements across the ad operations workflow.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Support inventory management within ad servers (e.g., Google Ad Manager) to ensure accurate forecasting and availability.
    • Monitor delivery, troubleshoot discrepancies, and elevate technical issues when needed.
    • Analyze revenue and performance trends to identify optimization opportunities.
    • Maintain pricing floors, targeting parameters, and packaging strategies under senior guidance.
    • Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Ops teams to ensure successful campaign execution and inventory management.
    • Prepare recurring revenue and performance reports.
    • Ensure compliance with privacy regulations, brand safety standards, and data policies.
    • Document workflows and contribute to process improvements.
    • Become an expert in using internal reporting and serving tools.

    Qualifications

    • 1-3+ years of experience in digital advertising operations, ad operations, revenue operations, or media operations.
    • Hands‑on experience with an ad server environment such as Google Ad Manager (or similar platforms).
    • Basic understanding of digital ad products, inventory management, and campaign delivery concepts.
    • Experience monitoring campaign pacing and performance, identifying discrepancies, and escalating issues when needed.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review revenue and performance trends and support optimization efforts.
    • Comfortable working cross‑functionally with Sales, Revenue Operations, and other internal teams.
    • Experience preparing recurring reports and maintaining organized documentation.
    • Familiarity with privacy regulations, brand safety standards, and data policies related to digital advertising.
    • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow‑through in a fast‑paced environment.
    • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
