We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistic Coordinator to join our team.
As a Logistic Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our supply chain and logistics processes.

Duties:
- Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods and materials through the supply chain
- Source and select appropriate carriers or freight forwarders for transportation needs
- Manage shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely delivery of goods
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and optimize storage space
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as procurement and production, to ensure timely availability of materials
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and requirements related to transportation and logistics
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, including shipping documents, invoices, and inventory reports
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of logistics principles and practices
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS)
- Forklift certification is a plus
- Excellent problemsolving skills with the ability to think critically and make quick decisions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
