Magellan Luxury Hotels is looking for a successful, motivated Client Service Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service while modifying and updating hotel room reservations, resolving client issues, and completing other administrative tasks.

Our unique concierge-style, curated hotel recommendations are customized for each of our clients based on their specific needs.

This role is perfect for someone who strives to be exceptional in their attention to detail, has a "can do" attitude, is the ultimate team player with exceptional problem-solving skills, and loves a challenge.


You:


  • Must have competitive drive to consistently strive for greatness, including driven personality dedicated to elite performance.
  • Clear understanding of VIP client expectations in the luxury environment.
  • Proven ability to build rapport, able to make clear, concise recommendations to resolve client concerns
  • Commitment to improve client experience, continuous learning through team/individual growth, and supporting corporate initiatives and guidelines.
  • Ability to thrive in high paced and highpressure environment including strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Very high attention to detail combined with excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Post-Secondary Education in hospitality/tourism, business administration or client service would be considered an asset.

The Work:


  • Provide clients with a custom and memorable experience measured to the highest standards of quality and service delivery, while fostering an inspiring booking experience that results in hotel consultation, customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Understand reservation process & resolve client concerns/questions in order to maximize revenue. Explain and actively sell the Hotels' products and facilities and display thorough knowledge of Hotel services and promotions to achieve winwin solutions
  • Communicate with existing customers to manage continuing sales and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Perform detailoriented administrative skills while maintaining a positive attitude and using creative problemsolving techniques.
  • Encourage and cultivate membership options to maximize the value to both the client and to Magellan
  • Work closely with Magellan Sales team to support and assist with client issues and coordinate through positive teamwork to find solutions
  • Schedule is four weekdays (with flexibility on days of the week) & one weekend day
