About Us:

Prime-Tech Precision is a leading Manufacturer and Distributor of Waterjet consumables and replacement parts.

We also have a garnet processing plant on-site that takes the spent aggregate (sand), and we put it through our recycling process to get it back to a virgin consistency again.


Our business is growing at a very rapid rate of 35% per year, which means we have multiple job opportunities available right now.


We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals with a skill set that will help us jump to the next level.


Core Accountabilities:


  • Reporting, reconciliations, and analysis:
  • Produce financial and management reports.
  • Assist in general financial management and analysis.
  • Billing and revenue recognition:
  • Maintain billing system, generate invoices, and account statements.
  • Back Office, investigation, and problems resolution.
  • Investigate and resolve any irregularities, answering billing related questions, resolve billing issues; directing customers to appropriate avenues where required.


  • Collections:

  • Contact overdue customers for payment.
  • Handle all incoming billing.


  • Cash Application:

  • Includes collecting payments and making deposits, processing payments to the correct categories, including ACH payments, process vendor and freight invoices, prepare related remittances and payments via cheque, online portal, or EFT/Wire.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:


  • 12 years of related work experience.
  • Understand the accounting principles and practices, invoicing, and processing of payments.
  • Willingness to adapt to and learn different ERP systems, experience with Zoho Books/Inventory is a plus.
  • Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and coworkers.
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving and multitasking skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Must demonstrate initiative, be a self starter and have the ability to work under tight time constraints.
  • Previous experience working in a highvolume environment would be considered an asset.

Salary:
$18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
