About the Role

Leadership & People Development

Mentor and lead team members to be a highperforming team through ongoing motivation and coaching
Ensure team members meet critical success factors and key performance indicators
Provide expertlevel support and technical guidance to internal and external stakeholders

Application Operations

Handson implementation, configuration, maintenance of onpremise, cloud and hybrid software solutions
Work to mitigate the impact of service failures and drives the improvement of current infrastructure

Project Leadership & Collaborative Partnerships

Leverage knowledge and experience to lead the delivery of solutions utilizing DevOps and Automation principles and tools
Lead the work to elicit client requirements, develop project planning approaches, including assessment of current state processes and tools, and development of a future state and a longterm solution roadmap
Provide technical guidance and project leadership to project team members through all phases of the systems life cycle, from user requirements through implementation, to support and maintenance

About You

3+ years of experience leading small to medium size support and/or DevOps teams comprised of employees, contractors, and vendors
Experience with monitoring and server management tools, log management tools, and automation build and deployment tools
Experience leading a support team in mixed technology environments (Windows, Linux, etc.)
Strong analytical skills with focus on troubleshooting and translation of system issues to business impact
Quickly understand endtoend business processes, clarify complex processes and develop technical solutions using business acumen
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence across groups at all levels of the organization
Proven collaboration and interpersonal skills; work well on crossfunctional teams
