    Here's how you'll be involved


    • Develop client facing, consumer grade materials for workshops, work products, deliverables, dashboards etc
    • Develop communications to be delivered as part of a project communications plan. Audiences will vary from front line employees to executives to 3rd parties
    • Conduct analysis on results from Transformation Capability Indices (change readiness survey)
    • Develop/track change impacts and mitigating actions
    • Create videos and other types of digital media assets
    • Track and monitor knowledge transfer plans
    • Support with workshop, interview and meeting preparation and facilitation
    Your experience


    • Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline
    • Experience in organizational change management
    • Knowledge of Digital Tools
    • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
    • Knowledge of the project life cycles (preferred)
    • Video development (preferred)
    • Workshop facilitation (preferred)
    You stand out for


    • Ability to analyze and synthesize
    • Proficient presentation and visual communications development
    • Bilingualism in French and English, as you will be collaborating with resources outside the province of Quebec (if applicable, otherwise remove)
