As a senior member of our team, the Strategic Analyst will make recommendations based on sound research to drive decisions to keep organization at the forefront of innovation.
The Strategic Analyst will have specialized knowledge in conducting research for local government programs, services and policy including various policies, procedures and bylaws.
You will develop and provide detailed recommendations which take into consideration established best practices and applicable legislation, analyze results and make recommendations on improvements to management for Council consideration.
This role requires considerable independent judgement in designing and implementing research methodologies to identify and communicate opportunities for improvement, industry best practices and trends in order to meet operational and program objectives.
The CUPE role offers an hourly rate of $ $58.74, an excellent benefits package and the opportunity to take part in the City's earned day off program.
