Stan Seidenfeld Professional Corporation is a boutique, full-service, public accounting firm based in Toronto, Canada.In addition to our accounting and tax services, we also provide a wide range of advisory services to our corporate and individual clients.
We support our clients through every step of their business cycle. Our clients are in many different industries such as dentistry, medicine, law, real estate, retail and manufacturing.We are currently seeking a bookkeeper for our North York accounting firm.
As an integral part of our team, the responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Bookkeeping for a variety of clients in different industries
- Reconcile bank, credit card and other accounts
- HST allocation
- Ensure deadlines are met
- Adhere to a high quality of work
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent working knowledge of Quickbooks
- Experience with Caseware preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented and organized
- Self motivated, results driven, and prefers to work in a fast paced environment
- Understands and adheres to confidentiality
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$35,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Bookkeeping: 2 years (preferred)
