Job Summary:
Sierra Safety is seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by proactively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage and grow an assigned client portfolio by building strong relationships, understanding their safety needs, and providing suitable product recommendations.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, effectively conveying the features, benefits, and value of our safety solutions.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and execute strategies for achieving sales targets and increasing market share.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and process orders in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate closely with our team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in inside sales or a related customer-facing role, preferably in the safety industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers, build rapport, and influence purchasing decisions.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving customer issues.
  • A passion for workplace safety and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on customer safety standards.
