As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by proactively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and building long-term relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow an assigned client portfolio by building strong relationships, understanding their safety needs, and providing suitable product recommendations.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers, effectively conveying the features, benefits, and value of our safety solutions.
- Collaborate with our team to develop and execute strategies for achieving sales targets and increasing market share.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, provide quotes, and process orders in a timely manner.
- Collaborate closely with our team to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and smooth order fulfillment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a related customer-facing role, preferably in the safety industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage customers, build rapport, and influence purchasing decisions.
