Position description:

As the Junior Marketing Coordinator at BIK, your role will be to support the Sales and Marketing activities.

Our company is dedicated to delivering high-quality products to our customers and as such, you will be expected to adhere to our production standards.

You will also need to report on progress to the VP of Sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across multiple digital platforms.
Utilize advanced computer skills to analyze marketing metrics, ensuring datadriven decisions for campaign improvements and increased ROI.
Proficiency in HubSpot and adobe programs is an asset.
Strong knowledge in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Contribute technical expertise to the development and optimization of the company's website and SEO strategies.
Preferably possess an engineering background, with a focus on software or mechanical engineering.
Help the Sales team with IT support.
Assist the Sales team in creating documents for customers.

Position requirements:

Selfstarter with the initiative to advance.
Exhibits exceptional problemsolving capabilities along with robust communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience with computer programs such as WordPress, adobe (illustrator, photoshop, acrobat pro)
CSS & HTML coding knowledge
