The Journey Lead role has full oversight and accountability for the successful running and deployment of the Portfolio Management transformational initiative in Wealth Management Canada.

The Portfolio Management Transformational initiative focuses on delivery of a modern, integrated experience across the investor lifecycle that supports personalization of client experiences and money management.

This is a multi-product, cross functional program and will span multiple teams.

The Journey Lead focuses on the objectives of the overall program while removing impediments and empowering Product Owners, Program Management and Development roles to make decisions and execute against a defined roadmap.

They will set the tone of the program culture and manage escalations regarding prioritization and budgeting.

The role acts as an advocate for the user and their needs, by seeking ongoing and in-depth user engagement to inform and direct decision making and ensuring that change management is well defined and executed on before, during and after the program's releases.
