Type d'emploi: Temps plein – Permanent
Commander des aliments et des fournitures de cuisine
Assurer la formation du personnel pour ce qui est de ses tâches, de l'hygiène et des normes de sécurité
Veiller à ce que la nourriture et le service répondent aux normes de contrôle de la qualité
Tenir les registres des stocks, des réparations, des ventes et des pertes
Formation: Un diplôme d'études secondaires est requis.
– Expérience : Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans la préparation ou le service des aliments OU un diplôme d'études collégiales en gestion des services alimentaires, en gestion hôtelière ou de restaurant, ou dans une discipline connexe est requis.
– Heures supplémentaires demandées.
– Qualités personnelles: Esprit d'équipe, Excellente communication orale, Attitude axée sur le client, Flexibilité, Fiabilité
– Langues : L'anglais est requis, le français est un grand atout.
– Avantage Sociaux : Repas fournis
Le poste exige des heures de travail prolongées et flexibilité dans la planification; y compris des horaires de matin, de jour, de soir, de nuit ou de week-end, au besoin. Le-a candidat-a travaillera 6 jours par semaine, quarts de travail de 9 à 12 heures par jour selon les besoins du restaurant.
