ABOUT THE ROLE:
We're looking for a sharp, detail-driven Inside Sales pro who loves winning business. In this role, you'll own the full lifecycle of bids, tenders, and formal proposals—turning commercial strategy into submissions that are accurate, competitive, compliant, and always on time.
Sitting at the crossroads of sales, pricing, and operations, you'll be a key driver of revenue growth across Canada. You'll partner closely with field sales teams, procurement, and internal stakeholders to deliver standout proposals in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. What You'll Do:
- Own the full lifecycle of bids, tenders, RFQs, RFPs, and RFIs—from first receipt to flawless submission
- Dive into tender documents to ensure every response is fully compliant with customer, regulatory, and contractual requirements
- Build sharp, accurate, and competitive bid packages that hit deadlines and stand out from the crowd
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Pricing, Product, Finance, Legal, and Operations to pull together winning submissions
- Keep everything running smoothly by managing bid calendars, trackers, and supporting documentation
- Support pricing reviews, margin analysis, and internal approvals to balance competitiveness with profitability
- Act as a trusted point of contact for customer questions related to bids and tenders
- Ensure every submission aligns with company policies, governance standards, and best practices
- Track submitted bids, outcomes, and post-award documentation to support reporting and insights
- Continuously improve how we bid—enhancing processes, templates, and tools to help us win more, faster
Education & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in inside sales, sales operations, bid coordination, or tender administration
- Exposure to public sector and/or large commercial tenders is a strong asset
- Hands-on experience with RFx processes and contractual documentation
- Solid understanding of pricing structures and core financial concepts
- Experience in a B2B environment preferred
- Comfortable working with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and document management tools
