Between our experienced team of creatives and executives, and our partners in premium VFX and picture services, Collective is uniquely positioned to orchestrate and execute projects from conception to completion.

Our recent work includes the sci-fi film franchise ?Code 8? (Netflix), the romantic drama ?Float? (Lionsgate, Wattpad, Elevation) and the indie comedy ?Racewalkers?, which finished production fall 2023.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate schedules, deadlines, and logistics for marketing campaigns and events
  • Act as a point of contact between team members, clients, and external partners
  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, Discord, TikTok, YouTube) and contribute to engagement strategies, including community management
  • Organize and execute social media contests to boost audience interaction
  • Familiarity and experience with top mailing list platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Flodesk) is an asset
  • Contribute insights to the development of content strategies based on audience insights and trends
  • Assist in the production of ancillary content
  • Oversee merchandising efforts on platforms like Shopify and Indiegogo
  • Assist with customer service and related tickets which may come up
  • Support the licensing process in collaboration with our licensing partners
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of events such as comiccons and fan meetups

Qualifications:


  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Detailoriented with excellent problemsolving abilities
  • Proven project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks
  • Passion for the entertainment industry and understanding of intellectual property
  • Experience working with a film or series social media account is an asset
  • Familiarity with top mailing list platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Flodesk) is an asset
  • Proficiency or familiarity with SEO practices for content and social media optimization
  • Graphic design or multimedia editing skills are advantageous
  • An interest in scifi/genre films and series

Note:
